Terms of Use

Naveli · Effective date: 2026-10-01

These terms and conditions apply to the Naveli app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Tsimafei Lemeshchanka (collectively, the "Application"). Tsimafei Lemeshchanka is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should read them carefully before using the Application.

License to Use the Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, sequences, written guidance, illustrations, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use the Service Provider's trademarks, logos, or branding for any purpose.

Termination

The Service Provider may suspend your access to the Application if you materially breach these Terms. You will have 14 days from notice of the breach to remedy it. The Service Provider may terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in activity that could cause harm.

Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Application. You agree not to:

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some sequences are free. The Application also offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Naveli+") that unlocks the full sequence library. Prices, billing periods, and any free-trial length are shown in the Application before you confirm a purchase.

Subscription status is managed through Adapty, a third-party subscription management service.

Not Medical Advice

The Application offers general movement and wellbeing guidance for the time after giving birth. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from your doctor, midwife, physiotherapist, or other qualified healthcare professional. The core (diastasis recti) self-check is a simple at-home check to help choose gentler or standard sequences; it is not a clinical assessment.

Please talk to your doctor or midwife before you start exercising after birth, especially after a C-section or a complicated delivery, and follow their advice over anything in the Application.

Listen to your body. Stop, rest, and check in with your doctor or midwife if you notice pain that feels sharp or builds as you move, bleeding that gets heavier or comes back, pulling, wetness, or opening at a scar or incision, heaviness or pressure low in your pelvis, or feeling dizzy or faint. Seek urgent care for heavy bleeding (soaking a pad in an hour), chest pain or trouble breathing, fever, calf pain or swelling, a severe headache, or thoughts of harming yourself or your baby.

No Guarantee of Results; Assumption of Risk

Every recovery is different. The Application's stages and sequence choices are based on the information you enter and general guidance, not on an examination of you, and the Service Provider makes no representation or warranty that any sequence is suitable for your body or circumstances. Physical activity carries some risk. You take part in any sequence voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for deciding, with your healthcare provider where needed, whether it is right for you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Application or your reliance on its content, except to the extent such claims arise from the Service Provider's own negligence or willful misconduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

The Service Provider retains full liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting tsimafei.lemeshchanka@gmail.com.
