Is Naveli available yet?
Not yet. Naveli is currently in development, with no fixed release date. This page will be updated once it's live.
Who is Naveli for?
Anyone recovering after giving birth, whether that was a vaginal birth or a C-section. Sequences are grouped by stage (early recovery, around your 6-week check, and beyond 6 weeks), so you see what fits where you are.
Should I check with my doctor first?
Yes, please. Naveli offers gentle movement guidance, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor or midwife before starting exercise after birth, and stop and check in with them if something hurts, bleeding gets heavier, or a scar or incision pulls. Every sequence includes a "When to stop" list.
What's free, and what's in Naveli+?
The first sequence of each stage is free, and so are the safety cues, the "When to stop" list, and the core check. Naveli+ is an optional subscription that unlocks every sequence in every stage.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open the Naveli+ screen (Settings → Naveli+ → Upgrade) and tap "Restore" at the top. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not inside the app. On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your birth date, delivery type, core-check answer, and progress are stored on your device only and are never sent to us. No account is required. See the Privacy Policy for the limited technical data our service providers handle.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings → Delete All Data. This erases your details, core-check answer, progress, and reminders from your phone and takes you back to the start. Uninstalling the app removes its data too. The only thing left behind is a small “early user” marker in the iPhone Keychain, which contains nothing about you or your recovery (see the Privacy Policy).
Is Naveli available on Android?
Naveli is launching on iPhone first. Android isn't available yet.
