Is my data private?
Yes. All data is stored locally on your device only. We never collect, transmit, or share your health data. No account is required.
How do I log a hot flash?
Tap the "+ Log a Flash" button on the main screen. You can record intensity, duration, triggers, and notes. It takes under 30 seconds.
When do I see my trigger insights?
The Insights screen shows your personal trigger correlations after logging several episodes. The more you log, the more accurate your pattern report becomes.
How do I delete an entry?
Tap any entry in the log to open it in edit mode. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Entry".
What happens if I delete the app?
All your data will be deleted with the app. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling if you want to keep a record.
Is Flare available on Android?
Currently iOS only. Android is on our roadmap.
